This is Maggie. The youngest of the three furry kids. Also the most needy and the smelliest. When she opens her mouth the room begins to smell of sulfur as if a gateway to hell itself were positioned somewhere behind her tongue. But we love her anyway.
This is Willow. Our middle cat-child. He is fat. Not just husky or over-weight. This cat is huge, 35 pounds huge. A picture depicting his enormity soon to follow.
This is Buka and he's old. He's like 12 or something. Despite being elderly he is the most active and in the best physical condition of our three felines.
I was begining to worry that Winter had forgotten about us this Year.
My daughter having the time of her life and laughing at daddy who was lying under the swing and taking pictures while she was up in the air and then frantically rolling to the side when she came down to avoid being kicked in the head.
This photograph was taken for South Dakota Safe Childbirth Options to use for the cover of their newsletter. My family was kind and patient enough to stand on an old highway in front of the sunset while I snapped off pictures from the ditch.
